We typically try to keep our markets manageable drive time-wise, meaning an hour or less for most jobs. However, that is not promised, and you will have to drive to unique locations/areas for each job, so if driving is not for you (or you do not have reliable transportation), this may not be a great fit. We do pay for mileage. #### Can you explain mileage a bit more? You earn $.25/mile after the first 30 miles from the city center to location A, and location B to the city center. If the drive between homes on the job is far, it’s ok–you’re on the clock and being compensated for that time. Please note, some markets may pay different rates based on traffic, gas and other travel costs. #### How soon can I move up the ranks? I’m eyeing that captain spot! The captain position is reserved for our tenured pros that are natural-born leaders.
